Other things to note

  • All Guest must be 18+ (although this is not the most child friendly cabin, children with their parents are allowed. We do have a pack and play.)
  • 4 Humans Max
  • Private parking for up to 2 vehicles
  • Quiet time is 11PM
  • This is a no smoking property. If you smoke inside, there will be an additional fee of $500 minimum to remove the smoke smell.
  • As much as we love our furry children, there are no pets allowed at the cabin. If you bring a pet, you will be asked to leave immediately and be charged a $500 fee.
  • We provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels but you might need to purchase more if you have a longer stay.
  • There are bears that live in Tennessee. You may see one during your travels in the Smoky Mountains. If you see one, do not approach it and do not feed them. We want them to remain in nature away from humans and not feeding them helps accomplish that. Please also make sure your car is locked at all times. They like to get in vehicles and know how to open car doors.
  • There is a bear proof bin that the trash cans are in located in to the right of the driveway. Please place your trash in the cans, inside the bin.
  • The house is on community water. The water is safe to drink but feel free to bring your own if you prefer bottled spring water.
-The inside fireplace is shut down April 1st to October 1st and this is standard for every cabin in the area.
  • If you are pregnant or have been drinking, we recommend you do not use the hot tub.
  • We can not accommodate late check-out or early Check-in. We pride ourselves in having a clean cabin for you to stay in so we must give our cleaning team enough time to do their job in between guests.
  • We have an owners closet located under the steps that is stocked with spare items and therefore is locked.
  • If you are late to check out, we reserve the right to charge $2.00 per minute past your scheduled 10AM checkout.
  • A lot of people have sensitive skin so we ask that you bring your own soaps, shampoos and toiletries.
  • Our kitchen is stocked with the essential cookware but we do not provide condiments, paper plates, etc. You can pick up your favorite condiments at the local country store, or the nearby Walmart.
  • At our home, you can enjoy nature at its finest. We are on a comprehensive pest control program with regular treatments by a local professional but our location means that you may have experiences with critters of the 4, 6 or 8 legged variety. To help ensure they stay outside, please keep the doors closed at all times.
  • The cabin is on a paved mountain road but you might encounter some steep hills during your drive. We recommend 4 wheel drive when traveling in the Great Smoky Mountains.
  • We are available via the platform app from 8AM-8PM Eastern Standard. In case of an urgent emergency please call 911.

This cabin is amazing! First of all it is clean, new, cozy, and has all the amenities you need. The view and location is fantastic. You get peaceful Mountain View’s, but you’re also close enough to coffee, food, gas, and a general store. It’s also close to a national park entrance. Jacky was very proactive and responsive to make sure we had the best stay. 5 star stay!

This house was absolutely incredible. I can’t say enough great things about it. It’s the perfect location for a peaceful getaway in the mountains. It’s located far enough from town to enjoy the beautiful mountains, but close enough to restaurants and the national park. The house was truly breathtaking, from the loft providing a look through the grand windows, to the balcony overlooking the mountains. It offered everything you need and more. We will definitely stay here again!
